At Underworld Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
